    A reflection can be as simple as: Why did this piece of writing or this practice speak to me today? What did I notice in my body? What softened, resisted, surprised me, or made me laugh? What would I like to try differently next time? What question do I want to bring back to Andrea or the group? You do not have to share private details to participate. The point is integration, not disclosure.
